Vacation International (Professionals): VIP Travel Agreed to provide travel choices plu $100 gas- free after seminar attendance Ft. Mill South Carolina

We received Post Cards as tho they had come from US Airways together with a ticketing ID Confirmation No. 7973. We responded by calling the toll-free number provided and were invited to a seminar on Hilton Head Island at the Westin. VIP ended their seminar by inviting attendess to either book travel or fill out and submit a form called "Vacation Choices". These were, 1) "Five Star"; 2) Land and Sea; 3) Mexican; 4) Fly Away; 5) Wings and 6) World Class Weekend or weekday retreat. The titles of the offers are self-descriptive. We chose "Wings": quote: "This Certificate provides 2 adults with Two Round-Trip airfares from the major airport nearest your home to any other major city in the continental U.S. !!!" This certificate was initialed by an "R.K." - the VIP rep - obviously it seems no real full name was provided. We were to allow 30 days for processing this free gift (plus the $100 free gas coupon). We mailed all this authorized VIP Certificate to Gift Center, P.O. Box 829, Lexington SC 29071 on 11/30/2007. We have heard absolutely nothing from whoever this group is and considering a similar filed report on this website probably will never. We have copies of all documentation with VIP initials and our next step - unless we hear anything via Ripoffreport - will be to contact the local Chambers of Commerce, the Westing and the Island Packet or Hilton Head area main daily.
