 Hello. I contacted vacation of a lifetime to redeem a certificate I was awarded for a 3 day 2 night trip. While speaking to this rep, whom I believe was named Elizabeth , she was very rude and unprofessional. All I was doing was asking questions and concerned about a few qualifications they were requiring. She then began to become very rude. she made a comment to me and these are her exact words , " you and your husband won't be going to a god d**n place and I will make sure of that." Now if you ask me, an employee should not be talking to a customer like that under any circumstances. I then began to research this company a little and have found nothing but bad reviews and complaints. I have not found one good thing about this company. They also refuse to give me my $50 activation fee back since they can't accommodate my needs and have been nothing but rude to me. It was supposed to be a free vacation but now there's all these Booking fees they want to add. They are crooks. They are not professional, have no ceo name or contact info to file any complaints or anything. I extremely recommend steering away from this company. They can't be trusted and they will treat you like dirt.
