On May 6, 2011, Mr. Danny Brooks and Mr. Steve Harris from Vacation Sellers Services, Inc.
contacted me to sell my RCI time share with their company. Mr. Brooks stated and guaranteed
that he had a buyer ready to pay $13,200 for my RCI time share of 21,000 points per year. He
requested I send a Check in the amount of $689.00 to cover the fees for services and title
search/transfer/closing costs.

Per the contract, which they emailed me and which I signed and faxed back on 5/6/2011,
Vacation Sellers Services promised to refund the entire amount of $689.00 if after 90 days the
time share did not sell, as written in the contract.

Their contract states the following under fees:
Fees:
I/We agree to pay for the above described services in the amount of $689.00 . The fee sum
covers all Company's fees and expenses related to its services as agent for Client as outlined in
this agreement. VACATION SELLERS SERVICES WILL REFUND THE TOTAL COST OF ALL
DOCUMENTS AND REPRESENTATION IF YOUR PROPERTY IS NOT SOLD WITHIN 90 DAYS OF
SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT.
I have tried numerous times to contact them and they keep giving me a different story stating
that its taking a long time and that the paperwork is being processed and that we would be
closing in two weeks. After the 90 day period passed, on August 6, 2011, I sent them a written
letter requesting a refund. They responded and stated that they would process my refund within
two weeks. 30 days have passed and it is now September 7, 2011 and no refund or any
communication has been received from them. They don't respond to my email or voice
messages anymore. I have archived all email correspondece as well as copies of check sent to

them.
This is clearly a scam tactic and they have no intention of selling the time share or issuing a
refund. Please help in this matter as we are desperate to sell our time share due to bad
economic times in our current lives and these individuals are taking advantage.

I wish that Vacation Sellers Services refund me the entire amount of $689.00 as promised in the
signed contract.
