We were promised a good price on our Alaskan tour at their presentation.  Not only did we wind up paying twice the amount but it took them forever to make the reservations.  I could have done as well as they did without having to pay the $1,000.00 membership fee plus a quarterly fee  of $59.00 per quarter.

They were hard to reach via phone.

 We were also "given"  a free weekend to be selected from a certain list.  Then they charged us a so-called administrative fee of $50.00.  We had to submit in writing only, the place and 3 dates to choose from.  Instead of telling us which times were available via phone, by the time we submitted our request in writing and  they contacted us saying the dates were not available, the second and even the third requests were not available either .   We tried to make the reservation 6 mos in advance;  then they told us that was too far out and we would have a to wait until at least 90 days before our request date.  By the time all of these transactions transpired, they then told us our free trip had expired!  And WOULD NOT refund our $50.00 fee.  NO COOPERATION at all.  Bogged down by red tape.  It appears they never had any intention on giving us this  free weekend!!!!!

I submitted in writing on 5/2/2016 to cancel our membership (I had to wait until our cruise and everything met their satisfaction).   I explained to them the reasons why but they still called me and wanted to know what was going on.  I gave their rep an ear full and then I stopped and asked him "Are these good enough reasons a to cancel.  And he answered, " Yes, I believe "so."  Then he proceeded to tell me that he could not cancel  my membership.  He explained something to the effect it would go into a dormant status.  I told him I didn't care how he listed it I in his I records, but don't ever want  my       checking account drafted again  and definitely NOT ever  to contact  me.  I don't ever want to have any dealings with them at all!!!!
