Solicited me by phone and introduced themselves as reputable co. for many years. Gave some names as reference, have websites and business address.
Promised that they can easily rent out my timeshare for $1000.00/wk for the whole year for a yearly fee of $824.00 with a complimentary airfare. That I don;t have to worry about arranging the accomodation because they have a direct communication with most of the timeshare places.
It turned out that they put my timeshare to their website for rent and the contact person is me not them. I tried to call them about this and they always put me on hold on the phone and switching me to their answering machine to get a message. I said I want my money back because it's not the way it should be. They denied my request.

As one of their victims I have done extensive research on this company while trying to get my money back. As of December, 2008 they are NO longer in business and do NOT have a license to practice this type of business. They were evicted from the business address that they are using and their telephone numbers are disconnected. They are in breach of contract with every person who sent them money and everyone needs to report them to the Florida Division of Consumer Affairs. They have an F- rating according to the BBB and are breaking the law according to the state of Florida.
I have proof from their Post Office that they have moved and left NO forwarding address. I have a lawyer and will be filing suit against them for the money they took from me. I suggest anyone else who gave these rip offs money do the same.
