Vacation Tree, Inc Laurie Hart And Associates Timeshare Scam El Cajon, California

Vacation Tree is running a Timeshare Scam, very much like the company that offer to take your Timeshare off your hand for a price.  Vacation Tree  makes you believe that they are going to buy your Timeshare for market value after 10 months.  They make you believe that they have companies willing to buy your Timeshare at market price to be used by the companies' employees.

When I listed my Timeshare with Vacation Tree,  they told me that the market value was between $7500 and $8895 at the time of the listing. On my contract they listed that the list price was suggested by me, but this was not the case. I was charged $399 to list my Timeshare.  After 10 Months they offered me $1 for my Timeshare.  They indicated that this was the sale price of two Timeshare in the same area as mine.  These evidently were timeshare auctioned off for $1.  I am to pay $450 for them to sell my Timeshare for $1.  What kind of sense does this make?
