I was sold a dream that became a nightmare on August or 2008. I was told I could stay at 5 stars hotels for about $299.00 a week. I could go any where and get a resort for a week for about $399 up 9 people.

I stayed at a hotel in Puerto Rico called El San Juan best place ever so that was one of the first hotels I ask if I would be able to get using vacation voyages and I was told absolutly. So it's now been three years since I've had this and not once was I able to book anything. Nothing was never abailable where I wanted to go.

I try booking a year from the date I want to vacation and nothing. I've done six months and nothing. I've done 45 days and never was anything available. I try to cancel and was told I couldn't because it would be on my credit report." Really"

I was even given a $100.00 to use the next time a want to book a vacation and when I try using it I was told because I didnt use it with in 30 days it expired.

Please stay away from these people they are a ripoff and you dont get anything out of them. I'm taking a loan out from my bank to pay off my balance because I'll be dame if I give them $10,099.57 of my money.  I already gave them $3,924.00 of my hard working money for nothing, A lie not what they said they can do and offer you.

Story doesn't match the paperwork

AUTHOR: supermom23 - (USA)

Sorry, but I"ve owned since 2008, and my paperwork expressly states that weeks are $499+ unless you get a last minute booking, which starts at around $299. But for those, you have to be flexible...they are limited. I am on the site right now, and a beautiful PR resort goes from $699-$899 for a 2 bedroom in December...HIGHEST SEASON in a VERY EXPENSIVE ISLAND.

I compared the same resorts with Expedia, and they were over $2000 for the same week. Please do your homework before you write bad reviews. If you need a little help reading the paperwork or understanding the program...navigate through the site, or call the customer service line. Also, there are awesome hotel and vacation package deals to PR, plus incredible and cheap cruises to, and from San Juan, PR.
