I was contacted by Vacations Direct in March of 2010, and was very well convinced they could sell my timeshare in the least amount of time required and they already had a buyer, due to my timeshare program being very valuable. I paid a significant sum for this service. Afterwards contact has been near impossible by phone, email or any other attempt I have made. When I did contact someone, I was assured my timeshare was being sold and proceeding as planned. These people are very shrewd and have no problem blaming others for delays in the sale. It is now May, 2010 and still have not been able to contact Vacations Direct, recieving only voicemail contact with no return phone calls. Regretfully, I did not check them out prior to this contact, and now realize they may be fraud.

I have started the process of contacting the legal authorities, BBB, Florida Real Estate Board, and if necessary, the FBI, to try to stop them from taking advantage of unsuspecting senior citizens, or other Timeshare owners looking to legally sell or rent their Timeshare. Hopefully this report will STOP others from being taken by Vacations Direct in the future.

They are supposedly located in Lake Mary, Florida, the contact number where I reach voicemail only now, is 1-866-944-1503 or 944-1504, or 407-333-8113. If you have been taken by them, leaving numerous messages, with no return contact, I left them a message stating that I was, if not contacted by them a reasonable amout of time, going to fully pursue the investigation of their company, and hopefully prosecute them legally to the fullest extent.
