We ordered tickets online last night for Gen. Jackson noon boat tour on a Mon. in Nov. Options at checkout were 1) receive tickets via online or 2) receive tickets by mail. We chose Opt. 1. When the e-mail came it came with directions that would run us all over Nashville to get our tickets and then back to the Boat.
When I called to change to Opt. 2 they said they can't mail tickets for Nashville events.
I asked to cancel my order and get tickets elsewhere. They said they could only refund 100% by Gift Certificate or 75% refund if cash. I asked to speak to Supervisor. When transferred it when to a voice message system - not live person.
When I called the Gen. Jackson Boat directly, they told me there isn't even a show/tour on that Mon. in November! I called my Credit Card Co. to dispute the charge. I called VacationsMadeEasy back and it went right to Supervisor voice mail system. This Company is a Scam! Buyer Beware!

this is to follow up on my initial report of VacationsMadeEasy in which event they sold us tickets for was cancelled and they would not refund our money. After much back and forth with VacationsMadeEasy and Event Ticket Personnel, they refunded our money. The Event Ticket Personnel took it upon themselves to get VacationsMadeEasy straightened out about the event having been cancelled. Otherwise VacationsMadeEasy refused to listen or take it a step further to find out the event was in fact cancelled. I still will not do business with them any longer after this interaction.
