Bells, Sirens, Red Flags should go off when entering a 3 year contract, which is the statue of limitations to sue a company, with Valenti International who will only give you 2 to 3 matches max per year. Personalized Services, not so...the live coaching and feedback advertised is not existent. All feedback after every introduction has to be submitted online, no exceptions. The feedback you receive about yourself is 2 to 3 lines long and nothing concrete. When calling in to speak to one of the psychologists they question why? Their "Cocierge Experience" is nothing but an expensive version of "It is Just Lunch" since they only set up the date/location/time for dinner and you are responsible for the traveling arrangements and for hoping your date doesn't have any travel delays or you will be stuck with big and expensive dissapointment since more than likely you also traveled out of town as well. After you sign in with them, they forget about you and the hours invested on your file and finding you a date are not true. On their contract is it stated they will call you on  a montly basis, not so. Please do your homework and research their competitors who more than likely will give you better service and far more introductions. I would like to hear more complaints and for any lawyer who wants to start a class law suit. There are previous law suits lost by Valenti International, I wished I would have read them before going to Valenti because I have saved money and the emotional stress to be after Valenti staff to do their job and honor their contract.
