This company valentine and kebartas is just another bill collecting agency. At first i taught they were an attorney firm or something like that. So i fell for their tactics of "sale". I gave them all my personal info chex account #, debit and credit card #. Only after researching this "firm" that i found out that it really was collention agency and not an attorney firm.
I immediately cancelled the accounts so they could'nt get any money from.
The guy Ryan Neil was the one that called me and said that if i don't comply with them i will be sent to litigation where all the court fees would be on my shoulders. After setting up a payments plan he said i was still pending this litigation thing.
So when i started questioning him his tone of voice changed and he transfered to his supervisor Ms. Scott boy was she rude.
Anyway don't get involved with these people.
Try to resolve your situation with the company like i did with dell.
