I received a voicemail on my cell phone from a Mr Jason Cain at 800-731-7766 ext #212. He stated he was going to take legal action against me in the state of Florida and to call him. He did not state it was a collection co no mini miranda that states it was an attempt to collect a debt no FOTI. to even secure the call if the line was not mine or answered by me. I saved this message. Went to work and called him. It was not until he was on the line did I find out I had called a collection agency. He stated he btcalled me in reference to my credit card they purchased the debt and want the money or they will take action.

I got up went to my bosses office, in alll of this time he never stated mini miranda or call was being recorded he was just rude insulting and sould not let me talk. I asked to speak to his manager he hu. So I called back and asked for the collections Manger over Mr Cain and what his name and ext was Mr Mike Delcore ext# 376. He gets on the line I have him on speaker phone and boss comes in I inform Mr delcore of conversation and the rudeness of hiss employee and he does not do mini mranda either. He is just as rude as the 1st guy my boss tries to speak I gave him permission he was just as rude to him they say they are going to take action would not say how and I have never been notified they even purchased this debt by mail. They broke the Law more than once  And I am A Professional Debt Collector for a living. I want a attorney ! PLEASE!!!!
