Valerie contracted my company to do tree work. She gave us the wrong address to start and Greg us the run around for payment. She signed a contract for the work on a tree on the wrong property. We put in 2 full days of work to be asked to sign a reduculous contract she typed up that said we "promised not to charge them any additional cost for working on the wrong tree". Shenever showed for the estimate and gave us the address to the house next door to where she wanted the work done. Then wrote a check and went directly to the bank to place a stop payment on it. We sued her and won but she still refuses to pay. Go as far as to skip town to get out of it! To bad he address is still public record and I know where they moved too! She has quite the record of bad checks and fraud. That's a great way to raise your children. Looks like there is another generation of piers, cheats and frauds being groomed by criminals. I also won suit agains their fake company Evergreen which they represented as an LLC, yet never actually incorporated. Also public record Valerie or should I say Christ because that's what she goes by now. She has about 10 aliases.

My husband just recently quit working for Jay and Valerie Jensen. He worked for him as his foreman on his window company which he now calls the window door guy. He also had a fence company that went under due to his scamming that was called synergy fencing both companies out of Mooresville. This last year Jay took taxes from my husband all year long and then come febuary when my husband finally got his w2s Jay had 1099 him for half the year so he could get out of trouble for lying to the IRS he still has other former employees that still have not received there w2s and it is now April.
After my husband quit we started hearing from former people that Jay had worked for about all the scams they pulled and how they have ran from states to state screwing people over. As of now I know he has done this in Wisconsin, Florida Georgia, Arizona, and now he's in North Carolina doing the same stuff. To any one who doesn't believe these reports just Google Jason Leroy jensen. If any one is trying to get in contact with them.
