Valero Srvice Station balanced me tires wrong Moore Oklahoma

In Feb. of 2008 I got new tres fo my van. I went to valero station in Moore,Ok to get the tires balancd. drove fine until I had to gt out on the highway, then the van jumped round all over the highway. couldnt keep control of it until I slowed down to around 40 mph. I had to go into another town to rebalanced them. Well the kids that had done my tires the fist time broke every one of the caps that went over the lug nuts, so the next day I went back in there to tell the owner what they had done, he refused to listen to me the boys lied about the caps, and he ony gave me back half of what I had paid them. and refused to replace my caps. On the tires they had balanced they had 5 weights in one area on each tire. not one or two as normally done, but all within 6 inches of each other,I will never ever go back to them besides they are high on their gas plus charge double when you use a credit or check card.
