Valgal Collision Center Juan Larios Valgal USA LLC Failing to complete the repairs as represented in car repair agreement. San Antonio, Texas

On 9/7/12 my car was taken to Valgal Collision for repair.After waiting for more than 2 months and countless promises from Mr.Valgal that my car would be ready the next day or next week I still do not have my car.Since the insurance company would not cover the rental for more than 30 days 10/07/12.Mr.Valgal said he would continue to pay the car rental until the car is repaired.Now the car rental is due 11/07/12 and Mr.Valgal said he doesn't have the money to pay the rental.The car rental company has told me that if Valgal doesn't pay I will have to pay the rental.09/18/2012 VALGAL COLLISION A  VALGAL 11202 IOTA SAN ANTONIO TX 78217  paid $5,066.58 COLLISION COVERAGE. 12/17/12 I pick up my car after 3 month has broken water bump and fraded drive belts.Motor is not in proper place for mounting and pulleys are not aligned in proper rotations.
