I took my Nissan Titan in for a simply oil change. They advised me that it would take approx. 1 hour. An hour went by and the service adviser came out to the lounge and told me I have bad news. Okay now I'am worried he stated that the oil was changed. But one of the service porters backed my truck into the building and damaged the bumper. I was extremely upset I just got the truck and this happens.

After I went to look at the damage the service adviser told me that they would have to order a new bumper and would take 2 days. I told them that was unacceptable. He then told that they would take a bumper off one of the new trucks in the back. I told that was fine. An hour goes by the service adviser comes back and tells me that they took the wrong bumper off.

It had the parking sensors which my truck was not equipped with the senors. They again told me that it was going to be another hour. They finally got the right bumper put on. I was at the dealership for about 4 hours. Second Oil change, Thinking to my self I can't happen again. Took it in the truck was done in an hour washed and ready to go.

After I left the dealership i had to go down to Anaheim and then to Riverside. I started driving home and noticed my temp gauge was not a normal running temperature. I thought okay it was just running a little hot. I got home and smelt something burning. and looked under the truck and saw that i was leaking antifreeze. thinking OMG it happened again.

After looking under the truck I noticed that you have to take off a skid plate to get to the oil filter and where it was leaking antifreeze it was close to the filter. So the next morning I called the dealership and told them what happened and they told to bring the vehicle in. I explained to them I can not drive the vehicle. I had a warranty that I purchase from the dealership that was from NISSAN USA.

In the warranty they stated that I had a towing coverage. I called them and after i was on hold for 2 hours they told me that one company will tow the vehicle but I would have to pay $180.00 due to the fact that the warranty company will only pick up $100.00 of the tow and I would have to pay the rest. Okay $280.00 for a 15 mile tow. Anyway I told them to forget and I will get my insurance to tow the vehicle. My insurance company towed the vechile to the dealership no charge.

Okay now back at the dealership. The service adviser told me that we need the vehicle for 4 hours before we will let you know. Again it happens 8 hours later they call and explain to me that they did not do this and that It was a seam that broke. I told them how can that be the Truck only has 35k on it and the radiator seam breaks where the employee was working on the vehicle. They told me that they had the tech look at it and that there was no way that to employee working on it did that.

Well because I had the warranty on the vehicle it cost me $50.00 a far cry from $1215.00 of what it would have cost if I did not have the warranty. Till this day I will not recommend them or take my truck to them!!!!
