Valley Nissan - Subaru They Lie and Steal your Money Longmont Colorado

Never go here. I do not care if they have only had 6 complaints and that the BBB gives them a "B". Many people do not bother to complain to the BBB, I know I didn't. I tried to work it out with these people and all they do is lie.

Two and a half years ago they were holding a supposedly great sale. They brought in "special sales" people, these people are the worst!! Anyway these "special sales" people told me that my extra warranty would be free, HA I was charged for it. I told them flat out that I do not want a car that was a rental car. It seemed to have high miles and this worried me that it had been a rental. Oh no it is not a rental car it is a bank repo. Well Carfax proved that to be a lie.

My husband also needed a car, his one requirement was ABS, sure it has ABS we were told and........ SURPRISE it does not have it.

These are just a few of the lies, there was alot more to it.

Anyway we went in and spoke to the manager, he was going to take care of everything! He knows that with these people that there will be complaints and so forth since he has had them there before but this time there were less than he expected. This tells me that they know they are going to have customers who are going to get screwed and they really do not care as long as they get alot of sales.

Well we went in a number of times, called, emailed and nothing. I emailed the owner a few times and he too could careless and said the manager was going to fix it all and to contact him. In other words, don't bother me.
After 8 months of trying we gave up and are stuck with the junk they sold us. They did alot of nonsense on my paperwork that I asked several times to be more accurately broken down since the numbers are different on each page. I traded in a car that was free and clear and got 4K for it from them yet somehow my car loan is upside down now by 4K and I cannot give this darn thing away. Trust me this past weekend I tried and tired to unload this car and no one wants to take it in as a trade owning so much.

These people could careless what they sell you. The "special sales" people will go back to their own states and have no issue lying through their teeth since they will never see you again. The Valley Nissan guys will lie and say they will fix it, put you off for months hoping that you will go away.

Save yourself alot of trouble and grief, do not shop here at anytime and if they have a "special sale" going on RUN the other way.
