Valley View Ranch Ashley and Amanda Olles SOLD HORSES ON CONSIGNMENT AND THEY WILL NOT GIVE ME THE MONEY Forney Texas

In October of 2014 I sent 2 horses to be sold on Consignment with Valley View Ranch.  I first was put in contact with Ashley Olles to get everything in order and have the horses sold.  I signed the contracts and they left to be on their property.  About a month later I looked on their website and BOTH of my horses had been sold!  I did know that there was some negotiating going on with one of the horses but no one ever told me that they had sold them.  This is a big deal because I am supposed to be paying board until they sell and if I dont know the sale date it is very easy for me to get ripped off.  After I found out both horses had been sold Amanda took over the sale and told me that she needed additional paperwork and the funds would be wired or mailed to me at my preference IMMEDIATELY.  I promptly went to the post office and overnighted all of the additional paperwork at their request and that was the last I ever heard from them.  I have emailed and text them both several times with ZERO response.  Now I have no choice but to seek legal help to acrue the funds AND horses that were stolen from me.  This whole process has been a nightmare and I would never recommend anyone to sell a horse on consignment with them.  I could understand if there was an issue regarding funds but to have zero communication with me after they have recieved all the paperwork and money for MY horses is ABSURD and bad business practice.  Right now I am in the process of working with a lawyer to ensure that my funds are retrieved.  GOOD LUCK to anyone who does any sort of business with these people... SELLER BEWARE!!!!!!!!
