Valley Yellow Pages illegal charge of service. false sign up and mislead by suspose owner of that company Chico California

 A person claiming to be the owner of Valley Yellow Pages made an appointment to personally meet up with me in (2008-2009) don't really recall. Tried hard to convince me to advertise with him I refused because of my logo being low resolution they would not be able post it . He asked that I give him my logo and let him try to get it into the ad but he needs my signature to alter it and he'd send me the final copy for approval and signature to proceed with placing my ad. My landscaping efforts were unsuccessful. Never got it going wasted more money then money coming in. I even left the process with Valley Yellow Pages undone. That's why I'm vary surprise to find them on my credit report today (11-20-15). Can they really do that to me I've found many other simular complaints .
