I purchased two chairs, a couch and an ottoman from Value City Furniture about 3 1/2 years ago. It is the worst furniture that I have ever owned. All you have to do is touch it and the material tears. The frames on both chairs are broken!! There are holes in the arms, there are holes on the front!! I have owned two living room sets prior to this. Both are still being used by other members of my family. One is 21 years old the other is 14 years old, not one rip, not one hole, no broken frames or broken down cushions. We had to throw the ottoman away because it simply collapsed. It collapsed about a week after it was delivered, they came and fixed it. That repair lasted until about 3 weeks ago and then failed.
They also replace one of the chairs in the first month for a broken frame. VCF has always been rude. I cannot find a website for the manufacturer Kroehler Furniture. A big 3,000.00 dollar mistake. I am ashamed to have people come to my home. You would think that we are animals from the looks of this garbage furniture. We are not!!! My old furniture is still in tip top shape. We take care of our stuff!! What do we do?

I was looking for themanufacturer of the two sofas and one ottoman I bought, I live alone, I weight 215 and I have had them LESS than 2 years for more than a year, I cold not figure out why I had such a sore back, Well it was because the SPRINGS did not hold their shape. I swapped sofas around the room, And within a few hours the sofas are so uncomfortable. The FOAM pillows are also cheap and are being compressed, So I rotate the cousions and the frames.. I just put plywod under the cousons, It feels better, but I am going to buy new, HOWEVER, I should spend $3000 per sofa, and since I do not have that kind of money, I am going to buy between 500-800 assuming that they ALSO will only last a couple of years. I wanted to write to the manfacturer but it could not be found
