AP9 programs. Check your credit card statement. I had checked my MasterCard recently and found two monthly charges on my credit card. AP9 At Home and AP9 Galleria at $17.95 per month each. This company operates under many diferent names. The charge to the CC is the same. It starts of with AP9.

I called my credit card company and they supplied me with a company name Value Max with a phone number. I searched the business and found a suposed HQ called Adaptive Marketing from Omaha NE. US I called there 888 number and spoke to Aisha (operator#26002) and asked her what this service was and how they got on my credit card. They had my correct address and MC# but not my real name. Fourtunately, I can trace the ripp off. I use a nick name on eBay that was given to me years ago from my music business. That was the name Value Max had on thier records. It is not even close to the name on the credit card. I know they have some how phished my indentity from eBay and PayPal. I have notifed their security departments.

I was promised a full refund for the months of May and June 2006 for the 4 charges but have not seen any refunds as of yet.

I am planning on reporting this event to my local police department cyber crimes. Anyone who uses AP9 services are really dumb. The service is supposedly to give you discount cupons for various stores. I already get them in the mail, why would anyone pay 17.95 a month to get more junk mail. BTW, I never received and cupons or notices to my address which Value Max has. Simply put, any AP9 programs are a licence to print money. Consumer be aware and always check your statements if you use your CC on the Internet. The scammers are getting smarter.
