This company has taken money from my checking account without authorization. It appears this is their common practice. I have never heard of them or purchased anything from them. I am currently trying to get my bank to stop them, but so far, no help.

Based on "googling" it appears they obtain your banking info from Amazon or paypal...so much for "safe transactions".

So far neither Amazon or paypal has responded to me - it is not much money, but theft is theft - looks like I have also been "hit up" for 6 $2.00 charges for magazines...no clue what that is for, and is probably part of the same scam as "Value Plus-V".

Watch your backs (and ccs and bank accounts) as it looks like "trusted sources" are not trust worthy.
