Value Point by Multiplan Lied Internet

  They said that the Mayo Clinic was one of their in-network providers. It is not. I couldn't even log onto the portal for lab benefits because they never told me my username.  Then when I called she had me sign into a different portal.  On this portal, I tried to find the list of providers in network in Nevada.  There was about 3 massage therapists.  One number was invalid. Another the woman was ONCE a massage therapist 10 years ago. She said she had no idea what valuepoint was.  She said she never marketed with anyone.  Very fishy. There was a non-refundable $100 enrollement fee.  I am cancelling as soon as the department opens tomorrow.  They have been very evasive with my calls, and I have left several messages.  This seems to be a rip-off.
