Value Pricing Distributors Limited Difficulty canceling order, makes it impossible to contact company to cancel order meanwhile credit card is still charged. Interent

Canceled order 4 days after making it though online chat with girl named Hannah.  Told me I will have to return the product within the 14 days trail period. Waited 3 weeks to receive the product. Will take an addition 2 to return the product.    meanwhile credit card is still charged even after I stated that I did not want any more of the product.  total scam.  Hard to contact.  Also sent email and gave them my order number then they stated their systems were down and could not find my information to cancel the order or confirm that it was canceled.  Will have to forward all this information to credit card company to prove I have requested not to receive their products anymore in order to stop payments. DO NOT BUY!!!
