Valve Software They sold me a defective product Bellevue, Washington

A few weks ago Myself and several thousand others purchased a copy of their new game "Counter Strike: Global Offensive". However a large portion of the people who purchased the game, myself included, are unable to play the game due to a defect. We are either stuck at a loading screen or experience exterme ammounts of what is called "Rubberbanding" rendering the game unplayable. 

While this event does happen on rare occassions in other games due to connection issues, is has always been the exception rather than the rule. Large numbers of people having this issue for every game they manage to get into over the course of several weeks indicates a major issue with the game it's self.
