Van den Heuvel K9 Dari & John James Deceptive, Fraudulent German Shepherd Dog Breeder Helena Internet

Almost a year ago I started doing research on German Shepherd Dog Breeders so I could purchase a healthy dog for Schutzhund sport. I came across Van den Heuvel K9 in Helena, MT, the business of Dari James. She told me about a breeding between Dario & Cora and wanted a $750.00 deposit. This deposit was much larger than other breeders usually want, which is $300 - $500 dollars, but I thought it was worth it.

To make a long story short, it's been 11 months, almost a year now, and I have received no puppy, but she was very happy to use my money as she pleased for the last year like a $750.00 "loan!" 

Other than never getting a puppy, here's the facts that led to my demanding my deposit back:

My first choice breeding between Cora & Dario allegedly did not take"did not take;" then, she wouldn't confirm that the next breeding took or was born between Dario & Pippi; she was too busy to send me a picture of the litter for weeks; after she sent one picture of the litter, she would not send me a picture of the b***h with the litter, so I had no way of knowing if this litter is really the one she said it was; she would go weeks without answering my emails; she had an operation; she was too busy to send a picture with the b***h and a piece of paper with the current date on it so I could prove it was not a previous litter; she had the flu; her family had the flu; taking a picture with her phone was not professional enough; when she finally sent a video of the a litter of puppies alone (no b***h), the video said they were 3.5 to 4.5 weeks old (from the same b***h?); even had her daughter Tenna talk to me about the puppies; "out of the office" for two weeks at a time tending to her dogs at home, but unavailable to answer emails; no time to update her website or Facebook for the last 9 months indicating she has pups on the ground to sell, when she really was NOT breeding any more; told me she just sold two recent litters (but not to me obviously, and allegedly without advertising), therefore, she does not need to advertise on the Internet; promised to do "her test" to get the right pup to meet my needs; if no pup is available that will "meet my needs," I will have to wait for another litter; the pup is supposed to be ready to go in a few weeks, but no mention of shipping or even the puppy pick yet; "unavailable" again until May 15th; she promised me in an email that I would receive a puppy on May 29th, but no shipping information, no puppy pick, not interested in which airport I want, etc.; never received a signed copy of the contract, and on May 28th, the day before I was supposed to receive this mysterious puppy, she told her husband to call me and tell me I can receive my deposit back with no information on why I couldn't get this "alleged puppy" that they sent me videos of!  

Now, each one of these facts alone mean nothing big. However, when you add them all together, they prove that Dari James is a fraudulent deceitful witch who lies to people without consequences and a care in the world and does this just to use people's money for as long as she wants to. She had NO INTENTION of ever getting me a puppy!  Buyer beware!
