Van Horn Dodge Asked me come in to look at a truck for sale that wasn't for sale. Plymouth Wisconsin

I called about a specific truck advertised for sale. I was told they had this and other trucks with similar options in the same price range. I called at 4:30PM the following day to again ask about the truck, as well as others, and was told to come right in to "take a look at it".

We drove 70 miles, asked about the truck, and were told it had been sold "just this morning" We were directed to other trucks with similar options, all of which were a minimum of 10% higher in cost. It was clearly a ploy to get us to the store to move us up to a higher priced truck. The original truck is still advertised for sale as of this writing.

The old "bait and switch" is still alive and well at Van Horn Dodge in Plymouth, WI
