I worked as a photographer with Clive Van Rensburg and his wife, Candace of Van Rensburg Photo for nearly two years before they began to rip me off so blatantly.
I shot two different weddings for this husband wife team in good faith and was ignored countless times when it came time to collect the payment for the work I had done for their photography studio.
Regardless of my numerous efforts to collect my debts for the work performed over the years, I was only to receive rude emails or nothing at all in response from the Van Rensburgs.
Not only have they still NOT paid me- that was nearly 4 years ago- I have received several phone calls from past clients of the Van Rensburg Photo studio who were very upset as they too felt duped by particular studio.
It is very obvious the Van Rensburgs are full of false promises when it comes to both their clients and their employees. If they are not scared to rip off their employees without even thinking about it... don't even think they will not do the same to their clients.

We have now waited 2 years for this "anonymous" empoloyee to contact us as now the true owners, again, of a most reputeable company, van Rensburg Photo. We have given numerous opportunities for this individual to confront us and work out a solution to a common problem.
Many employees that do not produce high quality work, as expected, resort to frivolous complaints to try to undermine companies that expect a high standard. We are assuming that the new owners expected this.
van Rensburg Photo has always maintained a high standard over 16 years, have worked honestly to maintain excellent customer relations.
In this case the ex-employee has failed to contact us, try to work things out, and obviously used the internet to try to damage our good reputation. A better solution would have been to talk to us face to face and we, as always, would have worked things out.
At van Rensburg Photo we have contacted the issuers of this report and offered any resolution we can. The complaining person has never contacted us, offered resolution or taken into account their reponsiblity in this situation.
We date this report March 22, 2009 and offer the complaining person one more opportunity to talk to us, work things out and ultimately help him or her out.
To our company it is not being about right or wrong but rather looking at another persons opinion and finding a common ground.

This is our second response. Nothing has been answered by the author of this accusation.We are very willing to work things out and hear your side of things if you call us at 480-307-2830. The Powells no longer own the Phoenix end of the company and any situation that has gone unanswered being our fault or theirs will be corrected by us immediately.
