Van Ru Credit Corp ripoff abused & mistreated Would Not Tell Me Where She Is Atskokie Illinois

I could not fully describe the rudeness from Mia Williams at Van Ru. She is the rudest person i have ever had to talk to! Every time i had to talk to her, she would just yell. I would ask to speak to her supervisor on several times and she never would. She would not set up payment plans the first conversation i had with her said i had to pay the full ballance and left it at that.

I can not believe these people are trying to get payments from someone by yelling and abusing them. I paid because i wanted to take care what i owe, but did not want to, due to all of the yelling i get from Mia Williams.

I finally was able to get a supervisor just today named Rashinda Golden who did not yell but did not care about the treat i got from Mia! I was told this place is not a customer care center it is a collections agency so they do not have to be nice to anyone.
