Vance Peyton Miller Vance Peyton Miller Filing lawsuit for fraud West Hollywood, California

Fraud: Advance LA is run by Vance Peyton Miller, aka Vance Peyton (currently using the former name as a producer...possibly involved in a film called "Shotgun Wedding").

I am an actor and Vance Peyton Miller was my agent. I appeared in a commercial in 2007 and was never paid. At the time, Vance said an employee of his had been stealing from him and that he would get me the money as soon as possible. However, when I booked another commercial in 2009, my residual checks were mailed to Vance Peyton Miller's office and once again the money was not forwarded to me properly.

Once I realized that once again that my money was not being forwarded to me, I left the agency. I have tried to collect the full balance owed from 2007 and 2009. Vance claims he does not have the money. My understanding is he has continued to cash checks of the actors he represents.

I've learned that he has operated as an agent without a license and I am filing the paperwork for FRAUD and THEFT BY DECEPTION with the CA authorities. If you are an actor, my strong suggestion is do not do business with this agency.
