From the first week we started our application we had problems first they told us they didn't need w2's then they did then they said we had to pay off our exsisting loan on our mobile home so we did and gave them prove twice they kept losing our information then we had to give them our down payment before we were ever approved then they said we couldn;t get our down payment back after they stared title search on land we were buying with the mobile home so that was ok then they said we were approved but we had to sell our mobile home we were living in and that was not at all exceptable with me I had plan on using it for a camp to go to on weekends but they said we had to sell it after over 2months of putting up with their mess we finally had to hear this who the hell do they think they  are I shouldn't have to sell my exsisting mobile home just because they say so I was trying to give my grandaughter and daughter a  better place to live that's why I want them to finance some land and anew mobile home but forget it no one is going to tell me I have to sell my old mobile home I have now its paid for and I might want to rent it out why should it matter vanderbilt as long as you get your money every month what I do with my old mobile home thats sorry to do someone like you have done my family hope eric hamilton of vanderbilt see this report you have a sorry way of doing people going this far into a deal and then throwing something up like this at the last minute and I can't even get all of my money back why didn't your people tell us this from the beginning hope it comes back on you and you know how it feels to be looking forward to a new home and some stupid careless person dosen;t do their job right and tell them everything from the beginning cause's them not to get their home shame on you vanderbilt mortage and eric hamilton.
