Vanderbilt Mortgage - Clayton Homes Vanderbilt Mortgage La Vergne Tennessee

I bought a used home from clayton home in jan 2006. they told me when i moved in that they had fix the roof and the back door before i moved in. when it was raining those few months in a role the roof and back door started to leak. i told them about it they told me i had to go throw Vanderbilt Mortgage it get it fixed and Vanderbilt mortgage told me that clayton homes had to fix it.

Clayton Homes sent someone out and he took picture of the house and did a report but nothing was done about the house. we went back and forth for months it was never fixed and durning the summer the air went out they said i had 6 months if anything went wrong they would come out and fix it when the air first went out and i told them it was before the 6 months was up but they put it off and let the 6 months run out. when i get a hold of the man i bought the house from he told me that nobody told him from the office about the roof or the air and then he told me that the 6 months ran out so there was nothing that he could do about the house and told me that i needed to call the mortgage company again here we go with the mortgage company that tells me that i need to go to chm to get it fixed.

all i got was the run around. the roof on the house was falling in and there was no air for my there kids. the house was unsafe for me and my kids so i moved out of the house and now they have put it on my credit report and i'm tring to get it off because they did not fix anything they said the would. if anybody can help me please let me know. i need the taking care of so i can go on and if a better house for me and my kids. i'm a single mother and having a hard time tring to get this off so i can get a better house for my kids. i also have picture of the house the way it looked like when i moved out. the way the roof and the back door was and were it was falling apart.
