I have had this mobile home for 2 years and from the jump it's been a scan and was lied to about everything being refurbished yet I have water leaking from my back door my property is not even in the home loan and not apart of the loan and I pay the property taxes yet they are charging me for it in escrow my payment just went up almost 20 dollars for the second year yet my state farm insurance or my property taxes which I pay remains the same I have yet to receive a letter to show me how my mortgage went up therefore I'm not paying another cent over what I did last year and please let's join a class action suit please (((REDACTED))) I have a list of things that I was told was repaired that I've spent around 10k doing
