Vanderbilt Mortgage Vanderbilt Mortgage should be closed down TODAY!!!!!!! Maryville Tennessee

We have, unfortunately, been with this mortgage company for about 10 years.  They should cease operations because of an extreme lack of professionalism in everything they do!  We had to deal with an extremely bad hurricane as well as unemployment.  They could care less.  Due to these circumstances, we were a bit late in our payment.  We were called incessantly. Verbally harassed and threatened. They told us to borrow the money from a family member or risk foreclosure.  We owe practically the same amount we did 10 years ago.  They tack on fees for reasons I've never heard of.   We, too, were told Vanderbilt did not allow refinancing.  We are stuck.  At 16% interest, our mortgage amount is more than some who live in beautiful homes.  We are in a double-wide mobile home which we have not had money to improve.  This company really needs to be investigated.  I was told by someone at Vanderbilt that the company was owned by Rupert Murdock. Wonder if he is aware of the damage his company is doing to hard working people.  HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!
