Vanderbilt Mortgage, Home First Insurance, Cmh Parks ripoff, insurance scam, harrasment from park and from Vanderbilt Maryville Tennessee

Recently i had some damages of water in my walls of my home, I filed a claim with Home First and was told a adjuster would come to my home to take picture. Well this did not happend, the park Manager and maintence man came to my home and took pictures of the damage. I know have all kinds of mold growing . I called the insurance company to find out why their was not a adjuster coming to my home to evaluate the damage i was told their was no adjuster that the park manager would take pictures and would send them to them and i would get a letter from them. I have mold growing in my home. I am going on my forth week, family is starting to feel sick. I pay my mortgage I pay the escrow for insurance. I have called the insurance company many times and left a message about returning my call guess what no one has called me. When I first bought my home 5 years ago i was given a mortgage date due of the 15th of each month, when i recieved the booklet it had the first due and a letter telling me that their was a mistake in my paperwork and it is due on the first. Well the signed mortgage sheet i have said the 15th this is the honored date of arrival for my mortgage. If I am late I have learned that you never late charges on your check that you write a seperate check because i was told that i never pay a late payment. I have all my cancelled checks. I trusted this company at the beginning I live in a nice community and i thought they cared for people but now i know that they do not care if i am pass 5 days late on my mortgage which is due on the 15th they leave notes on my doors, call my job, cell, home and tell me what a deadbeat that i am for not paying correctly. I still do not know what happend to all the late payments of 5.00 dollars i have paid. they say i owe on late charges. Huh! Now my home is ruined my kids are going to get sick, and even though i pay my mortgage and my escrow pays my insurance my home is not fixed. Dont deal with this company they do not care I fell like they are just a collections agency, they ignore your calls but beware if you dont pick up and pay attention to them. Dont be fooled by the apperance of the park, your lot fee will go up each year, my park manager told me to get over it it was just a loaf of bread and a gallon of milk and it wasnt very much. Thats true but by the time the home is paid off the lot will be way over 600.00 and I will be on social security and probaly will not be able to pay the lot. This means the home will be too old to move and it will be recycled back to a family just like mine when i bought this home. I wish I would have known about this scam before i bought into this scam. Harrasement calls , lies at the begginning of your buying of the home and the insurance scam is too much for anyone to have to bear for a loan for 20 years
