Vanderbuilt /Clayton Homes/ Mortgage/Luv Homes Illegally took my land and added 30 yrs to loan took 6 yrs of payments. made and stole them. Much more Maryland. TN

 I bought and paid in full a singlewide mobile home from Vanderbuilt. It fell apart. Grey outlawed pipes burst in the walls..flooded me out. It was so bad I never lived in it again. I GAVE it away to pay for hauling it off. In 2006..same year...I was talked into putting up my land in lieu of a downpayment and they put up a double wide. They sold me the idea of a land home package. They did not put it on a foundstion so no one will refinance it. Several years ago they made up some story that my Mortgage was going up $3,500 a month unless I paid them $4,000 cash. I have a fixed rate interest. So since I could not pay their demand..they threw me into a new 30 year mortgage with a 20 thousand dollar balloon note on the end. That would make me 90 years old. They did not lower the interest rate. The 6 years of payments I made vanished and they started me over from scratch. They barely lowered payment. I had to buy their worthless insurance again and be undercovered to afford to pay my Mortgage. Am disabled now and my income has dropped by more than half. I can never work again. Am faced with multiple surgeries. I want my land back. They refuse to separate it so I can pay it off through my banker. So..unless I get legal help..I will soon be homeless and disabled with no one to help me. They destroyed my future. I have documentation from them of what they did. I need an attorney. who is not afraid of them. They have been successfully sued before but that law firm is now in a different area of practice. I can get all their documents though..they offered to help that way if I can find another lawyer. They told me I needed to sue all three of them as they are under one umbrella. I am sick..disabled..and in desperate need of help. They violated the RICO act.
