We bought a single wide trailer in 2000. Sales lady said, were going to put you on a "BUBBA" plan. Your trailer will be paid off in 7-years. (LIE) Here it is, 6 years later and still owe 34,000 dollars on an initial, 42,000 dollar trailer. This is after 5,000 dollars down. Tried to sell the trailer numerous times. But because we are (A+) customers and they got us where they want us, they refuse to re-finance. 10.99% is %^$#@ rediculous for an (A+) customer.
We have called several times, only to talk to someone who really could not care less. They have refused to let anyone else even take over the loan or let us re-finance at a lower rate. The said trailer was purchased at LUV homes. Vanderbuilt or LUV homes will never get my business ,or anyone I know!!!
