Vandergriff Chevrolet Constantly lied about helping me and what actually happened to my window Arlington Texas

I purchased a 2007 Chevy Tahoe on January 30, 2007. When I drove my truck off the lot, it had twelve (12) miles on it. On July 2, 2007, I was getting onto the highway, not traveling more than 20 mph, when I heard this loud noise that sounded like a large barrell gun. When I was able to look around, I saw that the window had been shattered. My truck is six (6) months old and has 3,343 miles on it, and it still smells brand new.

No, I had not been shot at, nor had anything hit the glass. The window had been sucked out of the frame of the truck. My husband came to my aid and had the truck towed to Vandergriff Chevrolet. Once we got to the dealership, Ray Hall spoke with both myself and my husband and acknowledged that nothing had hit my glass, and that he could not explain what had happened.

On the black trim around my window, there are blueish-white stretch marks present. When pointed out to Ray Hall, he agreed that they appeared to be stretch marks suggesting that the window had indeed been sucked out.

We were told that things concerning the windows, were not warranty covered, but being that I had not caused the damage, that they would look at fixing it. Well, once inside of the door, they also discovered that the regulator was also broken.

I have talked to all of the so-called powers to be, including Rick Wagoner, whom happens to be one of the biggest snakes. Now Vandergriff is recanting that the window was sucked out and saying that something hit the window and that the marks around the trim are debris/rock induced.

I have never been in fear of my life! I have never felt like I was about to die! I thought that someone had fired at me and am absolutely terrified to have any further dealings with that truck. No one can explain how, why, or rather or not this will happen to the remaining windows.

Vandergriff said that they would do everything possible to make my family and I happy. They have done no such thing!! They are all liars and have rocks for hearts. I can only hope that their loved ones should experience such terror and then will they only know the turmoil that they have placed onto my family.

Don't ever buy anything with GM's name on it. They are all crooks!!!
