Vanilla Mastercard Vanilla Mastercard will not activate my two $200 gift cards Internet

I purchased two $200.00 Vanilla Mastercard gift cards through Walmart.com on 3/31/2012.  They arrived 4/3/2012.  I noticed that on the website that they were not activated and Walmart did not send me any instructions so I call the Vanilla card and I spoke to someone and I thought she indicated that she would put a ticket in and the cards would be activated by Sunday 5/8/2012.  I checked to see if they were activated and they were not.  I called Vanilla Card 5/11/12 and they told me that I was supposed to get an email from Walmart which would have instructions on activating the card.  I go to the email follow the instructions and it says that the card would be activated within 6 hrs.  I check back Friday 5/13/12 and I call Vanilla Card again and spoke  to Jeff but was disconnected so I reconnected with another supervisor named Juan. He told me that there was a ticket for this problem and the card would be activated in 48 hrs.  I call back in 48 hrs on Sunday April 15, 2012 and spoke to someone that told me that the people who handle this are not there during the weekend and maybe it would be handled by Tuesday.
