Vantage Deluxe Travel is trying to keep $300 of my $500 deposit money for a trip that is 6 months out.For 2 people that is $600.That is stealing money. What thieves.
We originally signed for a private group travel trip to Cuba with some special excursions. The trip was cancelled because there wasn't enough reponse. I forgot to individually cancel and now they insist upon keeping my $600. This trip is not until March 2016. This is September.
They are a complete rip-off. I can understand wanting to keep $100 p/p for supposed 'paperwork' but $300 is just outrageous. It is stealing money.
