VAP Blaze was used by my father to provide a service of helping to clean a desktop/laptop computer system of malware and viruses. They performed the service with a return call to my father days later with the caller stating that a check for nearly $500 did not go through. He requested that my father provide him remote access again in order to further finish the job and also wanted payment in the form of a green-dot prepaid card. The orginal payment was an electronic check that immediately was deducted from the account.
The caller was provided access to the computer and the system was held hostage with a change of the adminstrative passwords. Attempts to gain access were unsuccessful and everything on the hard drive was lost when the system had to be completely reset.
It was either a rogue employee or this company is a scam, selling it's service as a means to perform more sinister tasks.

I have been getting benefitted from the services provided by VAP Blaze company since 3 years. Whenever any issue arises I have received frequent response and quick solutions from them.
Recently, I was facing an issue of system failure in my pc so contacted Vap Blaze customer support to get help. They contacted their technicians for resolving the issue and they personally gave instructions to me on how to get this issue solved. Finally got my pc working in proper condition and I was overwhelmed with their instant response.
I don't think it is a spam company. Totally disagree with the people trying to call it as sinister just to degrade their goodwill.

we do understand that this scam has taken place with your father however we have done a investigation with all our employess and we are sure that no one from our company has called you to accept payment via green dot money pak for $500 as you mentioned that you have already paid us by check and we dont accept any payments from momney pak or any thing like money pak or western union Etc. If you would like to share your information we will know how you are and we can make sure that you have all our detail sot contact us in case of any problem on your computer if you might have. Also we are a legitimate company and we are a 0 sure that no one has calle dyou from our end but if you share your contact information with us we will be in a better position to support you and also further investigate the case.
