Vaporlips custom mods Name unknown Havent received my package. Michigan

Back in about december I ordered a mod from this company call vaporlips custom mods. He told me it would be about a month for the whole thing to be finished. Well over a month went by and nothing. He said he was very sick so I understood. Few weeks went by and I messaged him on facebook and he said he was sorry that things have been crazy and he was doing mine next and would be done in 7 days. & days went by and I asked him about it and he told me he had a 10 mod order and couldnt just skip out of line even tho he told me he was doing mine next. few weeks went by and showed me some progress. Then finally 8 days ago on 3/9/17 he gave me a tracking number. When I track it it says preshipment and the post office is still awaiting the package. He told me he put it in the drop box and there has been problems with that in the past. What post office doesnt check their dropbox for 8 days? I have been very patient but slowly losing my patience. Also he told me he wanted to do friend to friend on paypal which I dont use much and didnt know it makes it harder to file claim and win if you do friend to friend. He has been posting mods left and right on social media but still havent seen mine. Im getting very frustrated.
