A few months ago I purchased a Hughesnet and Dish Plan thru Vast Bridges (blaze wifi was the site). So many horrible things were wrong with how much information was misconstrued to me. I was told that my Hughesnet plan had unlimited data and that I could stream/ game as much as I wanted to. As I am a huge gamer, this was a dream come true as there arent many high speed options in my area. I then did not pass the credit check and the rep said he could work something out for me. Turns out he applied someone elses DirecTV customer ID to get around the credit check. Needless to say my internet was removed and I was accused of pretending to be a DirecTV customer. On top of everything, I was signed up for VOIP and a warranty I had absoultely no interest in without any mention. The final internet straw was telling me the install fee had been waived and then charging me $100 for instal anyway. Can you get any more fraudelent?

My dish plan was in even worse shape. I got a higher package than requested that came out to almost triple the price quote. I was then charged for shipping, handling, and an apparently Vast Bridges/ Blazewifi processing fee for the pleasure of being conned out of my money. Unfortunately as the rep who sold this to me did not commit fraud like they did with my Hughesnet plan, I am now stuck over paying for something I have absoluely no interest in.

Do not purchase your service from Vast Bridges. Go directly to the provider. You will save yourself a lot of headache by working around these bottom feeders.

Crooks

AUTHOR: James - (USA)

POSTED: Saturday, September 24, 2016

There are crooks in any business and that includes some Corporation's. If you haven't read any of the other complaits on here. You will see that some people have dealt directly with Dish Network and Directv. In August of 2010 dish Netowrk got sued by 46 State Attorney General Office's. Then in February of 2012 Direct got sued by all 50 State Attorney General Office's and paid over 13 million dollars in fines.

I've been in the Satellite Business over 34 years and when it comes to either Directv or Disih Network. None of Dealers or Installers have any controll on what Dish Network and Directv does . But we have to follow their rules and have our onw standards to do the right thing.

For example some friend and I are required by Dish to give a six month installtion warranty and with Directv  we are required to give a 90 day installation warranty. Some of us give a one year warranty on the installation's.
