This company promised fast, 24 hour tech support with money back guarantee.  Money was paid in advance of service, with a better fee for 3 year plan paid in advance.  After months of working with inadequately trained computer "experts", nonresponsiveness to calls, lack of adequate help on difficult issues, the service was discontinued.

The company Refused to give a a Full refund for the months of service Not received.  The manager would not speak to the concern directly. Further calls are referred to tech service, instead of customer service.

This company is limited in it's expertise, does not carry through as promised, even though the sales pitch in the onset is very convincing.  Do not believe a money back guarantee statement!  Do not pay for ANY computer service in advance!!
