Vations Inc. Marcus Davis, Rich, Richard Zeitlen Stole $1085 from me, claimed he was selling airfare. Fraud Beverly Hills, CA Internet

I contacted the owner of Vations Inc. under the name Rick selling reduced airline fare on craigslist.org. I sent $700 on June 28th, 2011 to Marcus Davis in Los Angeles which was Rick's "accountant" for a flight from DTW to CDG departing on July 14th, 2011 and coming back on July 21st, 2011. I called and emailed the next day and the email address did not work nor did the phone number under (818)-392-4735. "Rick" called me on July 6th,2011 stating the phone company had changed their number by mistake.

So I was understanding. He asked me for an additional $385 because he said he quoted me the wrong amount and did not have the extra money to pay for the correct amount, he said he would refund me though the next day or the day after. Again I sent $385 to Marcus Davis on July 6th, 2011. He told me my flight would be definitely booked on Wednesday June 6th, 2011 and my $385 would be refunded on Thursday the July 7th, 2011 or Friday the July 8th, 2011.

I continued to receive excuses and delays until finally my day to fly arrived and I never received my ticket. I was furious, I had packed and drove down to the airport only to never receive my ticket. I then served him and he was ordered to appear in court, he did not show up in court and the judge ruled in my favor And he was ordered to pay $1,085. He has not attempted to pay anything back so I am still working with a lawyer to get my money back. There is another complaint on this person here as well. Avoid this guy at all cost.
