I wrote the original complaint.  The complaint above was not true. This report was written without thinking. It was purely made up over a side petty dispute that had nothing to do with buisness, the company and I are in great relations now and I have tried to remove post but can't remember what the e mail was. It was written years ago. Ripoff report was contacted through e mails but refuses to ever allow you to remove a post. Jd and Harley are great guys who help a lot of college kids develops careers. Their buisness is allowed at Texas university's and are a honest company to do buisness with. I wish this post could come down but since it is ripoff reports policy to never allow anything to be deleted I hope this makes up for it!

The only truth to this post is that Shane did work with us for two years and was a noticeable producer. We first want to apologize to the public on behalf of our company on HIS false and misdirected information. We have won many awards in our industry and up hold the highest ranking with the Better Business Bureau. Now to address these false statements. We work with many Universities through the nation for recruitment. Applied credit has always been determined between the student and student advisor based on their degree plan. Texas State like every university has their guidelines for our program which we follow. We have never received "a ban" from recruitment at ANY university. Our interns participate in our "advertising program" Which is clearly outlined on our web page. It is the responsibility of the intern to qualify and determine the right plan for each of the accounts they set up. We provide a 5 year and 3 year monitoring contract which can be standard to receive free equipment in the security industry. Equipment can be bought and accounts serviced without contracts if requested. If the sale of the contract is necessary it does not disregard our customer service that it upholds to our customers. We have a pay structure for all 1099 contractors that is overly fair and comparatively competitive in the industry. Upon receiving cease and desist letters from us (prior to his post), Shane continued to disparage the company and solicit our reps for personal capital gains for himself and a competing company. J.D. and Harley have always been crystal clear with the rules, regulations and ethics of the company. They are two of the most giving owners and sacrifice their time to make sure things are done right. Shane's statement to being a "top rep" attests to our professional training in the security industry. We wish Shane well in his future endeavors, but his propaganda was fueled by personal differences and self-interests for his own gain at a competing company.
