Vayama Travel Marketing@vayamatravel.com.mex 1888-295-1115 Law Office of Patrick William Chapman 713-597-6882

*Received phone call from Andrew Banks stating he was the senior broker for Vayama Travel asking if I would like to sell my time share I asked how much can we get for the time share he stated 98,000. Since we were on the verge of having our home foreclosed upon my wife and I decided to go ahead and sell and this would also give us some Christmas funds to buy presents. We were sent an e mail which is Identical to our time share correspondence with a phone number stating to call our time share member department and speak with Rafael. The call was made and Rafael from the time share membership department asked me why I wanted to sell and i advised him that our home is going to foreclose, Rafael stated that a processing fee had to be paid before he could release the time share we paid the fee of which was substantial and we had to borrow the funds.

The following day after the fee was paid we were notified that the funds would arrive our bank by noon they did not arrive. on Monday 12/24/18 we went to our bank and requested a wire call back on our funds which was the only funds we had for Christmas and we were advised the money was gone. We filed our report with the bank and went to the police station to file our report but they were closed for the holiday. Vayama Travel advised us their attorney would be calling me by the Name of PatrickWilliam Chapman we requested a Bar number of which we received and it was correct according to the Texas Bar web site The address and number for the Law office is 811 Louisiana Street Suite 704 Houston, Texas 77002 Phone number 713-597-6882 we were sent a sworn affidavit from the law office. The number to Vayama Travel 1888-295-1115 . It seems these people had inside information about our time share and other information only the real timeshare people would know. Stole our Money*
