VBarrack.com, VBarrack Scam site, theft, no support, accepted payment, fake feedback, Internet

Totally bogus site.  I ordered a character from vbarrack on Feb. 4th, 2010.  They emailed me a username and password for the character after calling and confirming my order.  This did not work.  I tried to contact their live chat, but they were offline, so I simply emailed them.  This was on Feb. 4th.  On Feb. 6th I heard back from them that the order was filled, and that they were "closing the ticket", which I never put in a ticket per se, simply sent them an email about their failing to provide what I paid for.

So, I go into their live chat to speak with them.  I explain my issue, and Justin says he will look into it.  Ok, great.  Another week goes by, and they email me that they are sorry that I am having issues, but could I please make sure I am trying to log into the right game.  What?  So, I email them back that yes, I know what I was logging into, and the information they provided me did not work, and could they please just send me the correct information so I can access my product.   After another 11 days go by, I receive an email that the account is in 100% fine working order and that I should now be able to access it.  So, I try to, and you guessed it, does not work.


I was not, nor am I now, able to leave feedback for this "service" as it is hosted on their site and I have no idea how to even leave feedback.  I was not provided an opportunity to do, for what I see now as obvious reasons.

Beware of this company.
