Before my purchase i specifically asked the customer service rep via live chat on their website the delivery time for the wow gold. I was told 10 minutes after ORDER CONFIRMATION. I made it clear that i did not want to wait days for it like another website made me do. SO, after i completed order they told me to check back in a couple days because it was e-checking! This was not mentioned when i asked prior to. Once i recieved confirmation email from paypal that it cleared they could not deliver what i ordered...5 days later! So now i'm in the process of trying to get a refund. I have been told the last 4 days, each and everyday, that i would receive a refund and an email would be sent. Not only that the last customer service i was speaking to via live chat was rude and even wrote bullshit in response to my saying i've been told i by the very same company the last for days they were going to refund me. I filed a complaint with BBB already as well. Do not trust this wensite...their phone number is also disconnected.

Hey bro,
It's not too late it looks like this just happened, if you paid via PayPal then you can GET YOUR MONEY BACK. I don't know the specific link but just call them, you can file a claim just like Ebay and they will refund your money to your credit card. This is the only recourse you have, most of the time these idiots will not respond to PayPal's inquiry so you should get it back soon! Hope this helps you or anyone else reading this.
