Lead Zumba contacted me today and said they are willing to resolve the issue and they are providing replacement for duplicate and clashed numbers.

I am waiting for the replacement and i was wrong about my initial comment about this company. They are a legitimate business, otherwise they have no reason to contact me and resolve my pending issue.

That is the first thing i did, when i realized they sold me duplicate and used leads after paying $1000.

I called the sales rep, her name is Rose ( last name not given). I told her the leads she sold me had 247 duplicate leads, i asked her to atleast replace that and forget about the rest of the churned data. She was not even willing to replace the duplicate data they sent without making another purchase?

I asked her, is it ethical to ask me to spend more money to get replacement for the first leads i have bought, in fact i have paid them per lead basis and they should not give me same leads twice thrice even 5 times in the same file. After several requests, i realized they are not willing to replace the duplicate but they want me to make another purchase.

Finally, i was frustrated and told her, you can keep your leads and never do business with this company. I have all the e mails i have sent to rose and lead zumba for reference.

I am doing everything i can to prevent this people scamming another lead buyer, i have requested bbb to develop a  report on this company. I am waiting to hear from them.

leadzumba are not scammers, we deal with them for past 2+ years and they are great company to do business with.

also, I tested 3 other companies prior to doing business with leadzumba and their leads converted the best for our business. did you try talking to their sales team or contacting their support to resolve your issue?
